Pro+ Bio Resurfacing Retinol RX

I have really sensitive skin and this is the first retinol I have ever used. I did not have any flare ups after using it and after a few weeks my skin felt smoother and looked brighter.

I love this retinol so so much. It helps keep my perioral dermatitis flare ups at bay, and is the only retinol I've used that hasn't hurt my skin!

So my skin generally hates EVERYTHING. the soothing duo is quite literally the only skincare product I've ever used that hasn't upset my skin in some way. I've been using it since January 2023 and have bought it over and over. I'm 32 and everyone tells me how good my skin is (since using Amperna!). But I felt I wanted a bit of an extra boost to deal with some texture I have. I was nervous to try the retinol but I've had absolutely no issues. I use it once or twice a week, and I find that it makes my skin a little dry but that's to be expected, and this resolves very quickly, within a few days. It's really refined my skin's texture, just make sure to use sunscreen every day when using retinol and put it on your skin when your skin is completely dry! I noticed once it made me itchy and this is because my face was damp when I applied. After doing some research this is apparently a big retinol no-no! Great product, as always. Thank you Amperna.

I love Amperna its great on my skin but it’s expensive

I have rosacea prone skin but this retinol is so gentle I can use it without any redness or irritation. My skin feels so soft the following morning. Love it!

I've never been able to use a retinol consistently because they always aggravate my skin. Took a gamble on this one and glad I did! I worked up to using it daily/every second day but unlike most other retinols, I didn't even get much initial redness or peeling. Definitely less itchiness and discomfort than other retinols and I notice my skin is smoother and looks brighter after a few weeks of regular use.

I have sensitive, dry skin so was a little anxious to try a retinol product but I’m so pleased I did. It’s been 2 months since I started using Superfoliate and I introduced it very slowly, starting with twice a week but now tolerating every 2nd night. This product has addresses both dryness and oiliness and my skin feels so comfortable and soft. It is also clearer and I don’t get many breakouts these days. I did have to push through some days of skin pinkness and dry patches but the result was worth it! Would highly recommend!

Once the soothing duo got my PD flare up under control, I wanted to do something about my skin's hyperpigmentation and texture. I was apprehensive but this has been the gentlest yet effective retinol I have used. It has become a regular part of my routine.

I’ve been using the soothing serum for about a year (can’t go without it now!) and slowly started introducing this retinol in my skincare. This literally makes your skin glow the next day - even more than la mer! If you have sensitive skin, I find you do have to start gentle with this (once every 2-3 nights) before building up the frequency. Can’t wait to see the long term change this will have on my skin.

Other retinols have really bothered my skin- this one is wonderfully gentle but still really effective. Its another Amperna win for me!

I had PD for year and this is the only range that actually calmed it down. I haven’t had a flair since I starting using these products. I recently introduced the Superfoliant to my regime and my skin feels so smooth in the morning. I can definitely feel the difference. It’s the best range out there for anyone with PD.

This product is the best retinol I have ever used, I have extremely sensitive skin and I was able to build this up in my routine very quickly! The next morning when I wake up my skin is so refreshed, less breakouts, less redness and no irritation. I was nervous adding this into my Amperna regime, worried it would be too strong for my super sensitive skin. I shouldn’t have been concerned! This is the 5th product from Amperna that I’ve used and I never have issues. It’s incredible and unbelievable all at the same time. So happy! Definitely noticed smoother skin and a more lively and dewy complexion. My only downer is that I don’t love the smell but that’s totally ok. Definitely worth adding to your regime if you haven’t already.

I have sensitive skin so I’m always hesitant to try Retinols but I knew Amperna would be different...and it was! I have been using this serum alongside my other Amperna products for several weeks and noticed a huge difference. My skin is soooo soft and my pores have minimized. I love this retinol!

This was recommended to me by Kiri and this was beyond wonderful. I've tried a few retinols on the market and they've either been too harsh or don't do anything significant. I've only used this 4 times in the past two weeks, and it's already made a difference in my hyperpigmentation. I cannot recommend this enough :)
