This gentle leave on bakuchiol serum is a pregnancy safe version of our Pro+ Bio Resurfacing Retinol RX serum. It contains azelaic acid salt, niacinamide, liquorice root extract, and zinc & copper gluconates to support a visibly balanced and radiant-looking complexion.

Our Pro+ Bio Resurfacing Retinol ALT serum is the first pregnancy safe probiotic retinol alternative to market that has been specially formulated for use by first time users and even the most sensitive skins. This bakuchiol serum includes ingredients to help negate any irritation you would normally get with other retinols.

DIRECTIONS

Take 1-2 pumps of this serum and gently pat onto clean skin. Apply in the evening. Limit initial use, gradually increasing when tolerated. Active skincare that helps skin turn over can increase skin’s sensitivity to the sun. Always wear sunscreen and appropriate sun protection while using this product.

Helps my perioral dermatitis and leaves my skin clear and radiant!

I ordered the Alt along with the cleanser and ds soothing serum for my perioral dermatitis. I didn’t plan on using the Alt on my dermatitis but after a couple of weeks I did a bit of research on the ingredients and went for it lightly covering the dermatitis. I had no reaction whatsoever and in fact I think it has helped to clear the dermatitis! My lesions seem to clear and heal more quickly. The rest of the skin on my face has calmed, is more even, has reduced blotchiness and is looking more radiant. A gorgeous product!
